We are not a funeral parlour. We are not a mortuary. We do not prepare, embalm, store, cremate, bury or arrange funerals. We transport — that's our whole job, and we do it properly.

The company does not replace official documents issued by the Department of Home Affairs, SAPS, hospitals, mortuaries, funeral parlours, municipalities or the Department of Health.

South African human-remains regulations — Regulation R363, National Health Act 61 of 2003.
Refrigerated at 0–3 °C, door to door. The compartment is pre-cooled before collection and held at 0–3 °C throughout transport, from collection to hand-over.
Transport-only — no storage premises. We do not store human remains; every job is a direct, refrigerated collect-and-deliver run. Where a municipal application applies (for example eThekwini), it discloses our transportation methods and vehicle registration details.
