Information we process

• Contact and organisation details supplied in a transport enquiry.
• Collection point, destination, requested timing, documentation status and operational instructions supplied for a proposed transport job.
• Technical request information normally transmitted when a browser connects to a website, such as IP address, device and browser information.
• With permission, website visits and contact actions measured through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

Please provide only the case information needed to assess and coordinate the transport request. Do not include unrelated medical or personal information.

Why we use it

Enquiry information is used to respond, assess route and vehicle availability, prepare a quote, coordinate an authorised collection and delivery, maintain required operational records, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.

Where applicable, processing is based on steps requested before entering into a service arrangement, performance of that arrangement, legitimate business and security interests, legal obligations, or consent for optional website and advertising measurement.

Service providers and transfers

The transport request form is delivered using FormSubmit. Hosting and content delivery are provided by Vercel. Optional website measurement is provided by Google Analytics, and optional advertising measurement is provided by Meta Platforms. These providers may process technical information in countries outside South Africa. Their own safeguards and privacy terms also apply.

We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only where needed to operate the website, respond to an enquiry, deliver an authorised service, protect rights and safety, or comply with law.

Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and cookie choices

If you allow measurement, Google Analytics records page views and website actions such as starting or submitting a request, calling, emailing or opening WhatsApp. The Meta Pixel records similar actions for advertising measurement and may use cookies or similar technology for advertising delivery and audience services. We do not send enquiry-form contents or direct contact details to either service. Both services remain off when you decline.

Retention and security
