What happens when a request comes in after-hours

An after-hours or weekend request goes through the same steps as any other: confirm the instructing provider, collection facility, destination facility, and documentation status. What changes outside business hours is mostly logistics — whether the receiving facility can accept a delivery at that time, and whether the vehicle is positioned for a fast turnaround.

Being ready with the full checklist (see below) matters even more after-hours, since there are fewer people available on either end to fill in missing details quickly.
